Meditation is an essential part of the coaching process that allows for more clarity & healing to flow.
A Meditation Coach’s job is to facilitate the space for you to gain more clarity & healing.
We also use tapping, formerly known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) which serves as a compliment
to meditation & other self-care modules.
We may use any combination of meditation, tapping & coaching.
Meditation coaching is based on the understanding that each person has access to their own insight & healing.
You may use your sessions to explore and develop your own meditation practice or for coaching on any
area where you would like to focus in your life.
To make the most of your session, think of 1-3 core issue(s) you would like to work on.

• What issue needs your most attention?
Coaching topics vary, depending on what you're most struggling with.
A coaching topic might be going through a significant loss or how to get the most out of meditation when
you feel overwhelmed and unmotivated.
Tapping is a mind-body therapy, also known as EFT (The Emotional Freedom Techniques) or Psychological Acupressure, based on traditional Chinese medicine. Tapping is powerful and simple, D.I.Y. technique that can clear energy blockages and negative emotions by tapping on the body’s acupressure points. Tapping stimulates the central nervous system and meridians.

Tapping Follows a Set Sequence:
- The Client begins by stating their core issue and gives a rating of their distress level (on a scale from 0 to 10).
- The Practitioner guides the client through the process. First, use a “set up statement” that identifies the issue and a self-acceptance statement.
- The Practitioner has the client reflect back the statements and reminder phrases while tapping.
- At the end of the sequence, the client rates their distress level again.
~ This process is continued until the distress score is very low.
- We bring more joy & ease back into your meditation practice & life at reasonable rates.
- We integrate attainable and highly effective, sci-based skills that are empowering, efficient & relatable.
- You’ll be working 1:1 with a certified practitioner who will customize a practice that's right for you!
