She uses tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) which serves as a compliment to meditation & other
self-care modalities. Meditation coaching is based on the understanding that each person has access to their insight & healing.
You may use your sessions to explore and develop your own meditation practice or for coaching on any
area where you would like to focus in your life.

Coaching topics vary, depending on what you're most struggling with.
A coaching topic might be going through a significant loss or how to get the most out of meditation when
you feel overwhelmed and unmotivated.
Tapping is a mind-body therapy, also known as EFT (The Emotional Freedom Techniques) or Psychological Acupressure, based on traditional Chinese medicine. Tapping is powerful and simple, D.I.Y. technique that can clear energy blockages and negative emotions by tapping on the body’s acupressure points. Tapping stimulates the central nervous system and meridians.
